ESG delivers full-cycle, standard- and custom-designed reciprocating compression solutions beginning at the well gathering and modelling stage. As field pressure declines, ESG can provide a new unit with more horsepower or retrofit your existing compressor to maintain field pressure and optimize flow rates and reserve recovery. We’ll also work with you to develop your own compressor standards to streamline the engineering process for your package’s installation, commissioning and maintenance going forward.

ESG designs, engineers and fabricates reciprocating compression packages ranging from 40 hp to 10,000 hp. Reciprocating compression packages are available in sweet and sour designs for purchase, rental and lease. We have the capability to manufacture to any industry codes.

GAS ENGINE COMPRESSORS

ESG is an authorized packager of the Waukesha Engines and Ariel Compressors. Delivering 98%+ availability with its minimal-maintenance, two-stroke design, these portable units typically require only one oil change per year and burn up to three percent sour fuel gas, eliminating many of the problems caused by H2S. Integral gas engine compressors ranging from 200 hp to 800 hp horsepower are available.

Screw Compression

ESG has the in-house engineering and manufacturing expertise to build screw compression packages to any technical specifications.

We’ll work with you to develop your own screw compressor standards, eliminating the design phase for subsequent packages and dramatically shortening delivery times. Beyond custom packages, ESG supplies a wide range of standard compression packages between 20 hp and 5,000 hp. ESG is continually improving our standard packages based on operator feedback.

ESG’s research and development and technical services teams have the capability to model gas well inflow performance and optimize compressor performance under any operating conditions, including sour gas.
